At the first meeting we will discuss your project in depth, talking through your requirements and the potential of the concept. We will discuss inspiration, media, materials, budget and deadlines. Feel free to bring along as much reference material as you like.
It's always nice if this can be held face to face over a nice coffee! but meetings can be held over the phone or by Skype video call (better for visual cues). |

| Using the detail from the first meeting, an agreement will be drawn up outlining the project to be delivered. This contract defines the commission and should be returned promptly if any amendments are required. |

The beginnings of the creative process begins with the first round of sketches, pulling together source materials and story boarding ideas. It is up to you how involved you would like to be, as drawings and photographs can be provided via post or email to keep you up to date on developments. Feedback is always welcome as this will help steer the artwork in the right direction.
Some clients prefer to take a back seat and skip stages 4 & 5, preferring the final reveal on deadline day.

| Depending on the agreed number of revisions, I will use your feedback to tweak the illustration or develop the idea further. These revisions can be limited or almost infinite, and will be reflected in the quote for the work. The time needed to complete each project is precious but it's important you are completely happy with the outcome. |

| The artwork will be delivered ready to go on the agreed date... whether its a print ready illustration or an original artwork strung at the back and ready to hang. |
